Can you describe the conformer and the template please? I just sent a plastic conformer back to Jaxonbilt, and a heavy paper cut out of my hat line. I'm curious to see what the other custom hatters do.

I have two hats from Jaxonbuilt (cowboy hats) and used his conformer...this was different in that Joe used a conformable wire to create the initial cardboard template and fined tuned as I tried on several times.

You will be happy with the Jaxonbuilt hats!
