I took a chance on the 'bay and now I will be the owner of these mystery-hide, faux-mouton lined flying britches.
They were described as "Type A-11A," which I knew right off the bat wasn't right (those were cotton lined with alpaca).
But I can't find any AAF type that looks like them (altho the B-1 ground crew trou come sort of close).
Are they some sort of civvie gear?
What's the outer hide? Doesn't look like sheep, especially since it's been (re?)lined with the faux mouton.
As for what I'll do with them...perhaps I'll take up tobogganing. [huh]
