The jacket arrived this morning, I must say BK did a great job. The leather is great, the workmanship is very good and I love the hard wear.
The jacket is size 36, and I asked BK to shorter and narrow the sleeve, and make the jacket one inch longer, and add a button cuff on this jacket.

It appears your right arm is asymmetrically a bit longer than the left in two different pictures but could be the way you are standing. I had the same impression regarding sleeve length as HD but think sleeve length is a matter of personal taste. My personal taste would be at least one inch longer and maybe two. Very nice looking jacket by BK with simple, understated, and eye-pleasing design.

Yes, I know people will talk about the sleeve length, the asymmetric sleeve is due to the way I stand or I wear it, it is fine now after a bit wear. As I said, I like the sleeve to be a bit shorter.

Yes the badass hide is very nice. Is this Italian also? I can't really tell a difference between that and the Victory HH. I have a Duke in Victory. Very nice and comfortable. I like the repro labels they put in their jackets.

Yes, the badalassi cow hide is from Italian. I dont know how about the VHH, but this leather is very comfortable. I was choosing between this and Liberty HH, but the color of badalassi is what I like.

A wide cuff opening can also give the impression of a short sleeve length. The right cuff looks a bit wide (unlike cafe racer zip cuffs that are snug) showing more wrist/hand then some would prefer. It's all a matter of personal preference. I like a longer sleeve myself. It is a nice looking jacket.

Why all you guys like long sleeve??

A lot of folks round here drive / ride bikes in their leather jackets, and prefer a sleeve a bit longer so it doesn'tg ride up so far with their arms out in front of them. Otherwise, I think it's a pure personal taste thing.

It's a climate thing up here as well: a slightly longer cuff, helps give a little more insulation. I don't like them too long, that can make you look like a gorilla, but around an inch or so over the wrist is, for me, optimum - though with Irvins, a long cuff gives you a mitten option. YMMV of course!

For me it's not what looks right but what feels right. For a jacket like this one, what feels right is for the cuff to reach about halfway between my wrist and thumb joint.
