The only problem is that by the end you find yourself feeling rather sympathetic towards Diana Mosely when she is the last of the 6 siblings left alive and alone. As a rule I try not to sympathise with fascists :eusa_doh:

Not even cuddly Nick Griffin? lol

Gosh, thanks for the politics lesson. Guess I didn't need that degree I wasted 3 years on:eusa_doh:

Political science. The ultimate example of what most people mistakenly call an oxymoron.....

Not taking a shot at you personally, by the by. Just that this whole thread has become silly in the Monty Python-series-of-sketches-involving-the-army-major sense.

And now, back to our programme.....

I did not study political science, but did study history. I remember once writing a paper on Oswald Moseley. My adviser suggested I address the subject from the perspective of the question of why fascist/nationalist socialist movements did not arise and succeed in the US and GB.

My answer was, of course, that they did.

Amazing subject.

I wonder if there are still people called Hitler? It may of been a joke but Billy Connolly once said he looked in the Berlin phone book and could not find one entry under Hitler.
