It was a big taco on an 8-inch extra fiber tortilla, with lots of fat. My eating plan is based on lots of fiber and fat with adequate protein, so it doesn't take a big meal to fill me up. When I was doing the low-fat thing I ate mountains of food and was hungry all the time with wonky blood sugar.Although only one taco hardly constitute a meal for me; more like a snack or torture.
If it is good, I say eat it again and again until there is nothing left.^^^^
For desert, I had a bowl of sliced peaches with vanilla ice-cream.
But that was earlier today.
Now I’m hungry again....but I sometimes get tired of eating the same food.
Maybe I’ll wait until I'm really so hungry that even Polo’s kitty meal
will be appetizing !
