Oh thanks, I love those glasses and I love wearing them! I'm quite blind without any vision correction so I figured I'd have some fun with it and wear vintage frames.

I can relate, I'm so nearsighted that if I'm lucky I might still be eligible for a civilian pilot's license, and the military (all services) will only let me fly as "cargo". Not to mention the tinted lenses I have to have to see at all in any kind of "normal" lighting conditions...

I never actually posted here before as I'm generally a bit lacking on the glamour front, but I just got a lovely new macbook and tried out the 'sepia' setting on the snazzy 'photobooth' feature, and wanted to share the results! I was trying to get the photo to look as authentic as possible (despite the way I took it being as modern-as-can-be!) and found, strangely, that the 'staring wistfully into space' pose made it look more real - does anyone have any comments on what makes good 'vintage posing'?

i haven't shown myself off lately. so here i am on halloween! according to my boss, i was "Everyone's Mother." [huh] at least a coworker in my team told me rather earnestly that i should dress like this everyday. what a wonderful compliment!!!

i wore this hat...only farther back on my head so i could wear it without it getting in my eyes. lol
