I've been taking meds for HBP since I was in my mid twenties, and NEVER experienced dopeyness (beyond my normal dopey self). And, I've probably been on every known anti HBP med.

I was on Lisinopril for a good decade or more until I developed a cough. Turns out that’s not uncommon. I’m on so many meds now that I take a U-Haul to the pharmacy.
