Here's my most recent.. I baked y'all a cake! This was for Independence Day, red velvet cake...

Oh, and these... at an ice cream parlor in Independence, MO

And at the Embassy Suites hotel in Kansas City, MO. I suprised my hubby on his birthday with Gordon Lightfoot tickets.. his fave. Also went to the WWI museum.

Thanks Lolita! It's one of my favorite vintage dresses, I love the way it drapes. I have a similar sewing pattern and lots of "vision"....we'll see what I come up with one of these days!

It's TootsieToy, Nick. My younger brother and I shared one of those when we were kids! Knowing our mother, she probably still has it somewhere.

Over here they were marketed under the Fisher Price brand - I'm sure it's the same design.

Thanks Nikki! Coming from you that means a lot! You always look so stunning. Cutting my hair was a hard decision for me it was down to my waist. Hubby wasn't too thrilled but he'll get over it. I think he might even be starting to like it...
