I know some of you gals are beauty professionals so I'm hoping you can help.
I got some Kerastase Concentre Vita Ciment Pro Salon Treatment for my badly heat-damaged hair

I bought it on Ebay so it didn't come with any directions. Should I spray it onto wet hair after shampooing or after shampoo and conditioner? Is it leave-in or rinse out? Any ideas?

I'm not a beauty expect, but I would think you leave it on for a bit. If you're hair is as badly damaged as you say, I'm sure it would greatly appreciate a masque to repair it.

APPLICATION RITUAL:
1. Cleanse hair with Bain de Force.
2. Towel-dry hair thoroughly.
3. Apply the Concentre Vita-Ciment® section by section, and massage through entire hair length.
5. While the Concentrate is acting (3 to 5 minutes), work on the sections using the massage technique of the Reconstructing ritual and pay particular attention to most weakened areas.
6. Emulsify, rinse, then style the hair.
One thing you should note though:

The high concentration of Vita-Ciment® Complex, with a professional dosage of 30,000 ppm (parts per million) makes this a professional-only shock treatment.

It's by no means a daily use product. You would only use this every couple of months at most. My recommendation to you would be to invest in some more daily Kerastase products - they've done absolute wonders for my hair. Bain de Force shampoo is fantastic and I use it every other day. My sister gets it cheap for me (£10 for a HUGE bottle), so if you have any hairdresser friends you could ask them about buying it for you. If you don't know anyone I'm sure you could always ask me nicely if you wanted some :)

Aw schucks - thanks lyburnum - you are a sweetie! I may well take you up on that offer when next pay day rolls around.
In the meantime I will be sparing with the concentrate stuff - I knew it was a salon-only thing which is why I thought it would be prudent to ask for help before plowing ahead unsupervised! I think I will get some of the conditioner in the green bottle - my flatmate uses it and I 'borrowed' a smidge the other day and my hair felt amazing. The only downside was that my hair was so soft and smooth afterwards my kirby grips get sliding out - seriously!!
