It wasn't ruined at my house either.
Despite the fact I decorated the tree in the most minimal fashion, it was a sign that my recent job change has kept me too busy to drag boxes out this year. [huh]
We saved up for a big ticket item, that has yet to work out (waiting on the right combo of price and mileage), so one of us didn't buy presents. However, Father Christmas came to our house bringing a few gifts for my wife, and a few gifts I couldn't do without, given to me by each of the dogs. While a new bath mat and Calphalon non-stick frying pan aren't on everyone's list, it was greatly appreciated. Plus the deal was too good to pass up.
Still searching several online sites for the big ticket item, plus I have an uncle looking as well since he's in the business.
And no James it's NOT a Cadillac. They are practically giving those away, at least where I live.
Take advantage of stupid people then and buy the Cadillac.
