It really is amusing how people view the northwest! Yes, compared to a lot of places it does rain sometimes a lot..but really, the weather is very mild. Everything's green and absolutely beautiful

Those nice, normal temp (and humidity) readings in TX and OK are major reasons that I escaped from TX to Colorado in 1998!

I'm ready to go back to the Pacific NW anytime. Give me about 4 years to get daughters through college, and the job hunt will be on.
