How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Does Gore Tex not work for you in the rain?
I find I end up nearly as wet from the inside and I would from the outside. As soon as the sweat condenses to water on the inside it can’t pass the membrane.

Paramo present an alternative approach without a membrane which I’ve found works really well for me.

I tire though of heading out in the rain dressed as if I could equally be hiking in the hills. My hope is that ventile will work well enough in the rain and also remain breathable. The coat will then hopefully serve as a means to brave the weather while not looking like a mountaineer.

I guess I have always used my Gore Tex products while sedentary and haven't had that problem.

This afternoon I wore my Canada Goose to a football game. There was light rain, and the water beaded on the exterior of the shell without penetration. I have forgotten if it is Gore Tex or a finish applied to the exterior.

Please let us know how ventile works.

What's the story with USPS priority international?
I shipped a jacket just last month from Scotland to NY,6days it took from the time I dropped it off till it was delivered.
Here's my beef,I've had a Goodwear shipped on 3rd/December and tracking shows it scanned into middlesex-essex ma distribution facility,,4th Dec,then nothing, it shows still in origin country.
So much for priority!it shows in transit to next facility,,i hope that's the airport, I won't criticise uk mail ever again, and I worked for them for 34years .know all about December pressures etc .don't think I will be wearing the new jacket this Christmas:-(

I had a similar problem with the Swedish post-office(Postnord) when I bought a jacket on Ebay recently.

I had to call them after a week(my package had gotten a different tracking number when entering Sweden) and they told me it was at my local post-office ready to be delivered lol, so maybe try to give them a call and se if something similar has happen.

Good luck with the jacket mate!

Yes,same here, it gets a uk tracking number when it reaches here, then goes straight into customs. It just hasn't left the US yet ,,,,once i see it's actually on its way i will relax, I get nervous when it's not left the country and tracking stops.

I see, that's suck but I'm sure it'll be alright in the end!

Fingers crossed.
