I think Jonesy has gotten more jackets from Good Wear in the last month than I’ve gotten emails in the 4.5 years I’ve been on the waiting list
I understand that it's an obvious reaction in this case, but... Wow!)Incoming!

Well, regardless, it can't be denied that NeverWear makes a nice jacket.
Maybe GoodWhere? is more appropriate...
That's the real shame and debacle. If you send a cancellation request you should be refunded within 48 hours. No excuse for that. In the time it takes to pen an email about an existing jacket for sale you could've resent a PayPal refund ten times over.I don’t think anyone is “ok” with it but when you don’t get replies to emails you can’t do much about it...you can’t even cancel...
I liked the Gap trucker more.
Which reminds me - @Carlos840 , did you ever hear from GW re. your order and deposit? Just asking 'cause it would appear someone's still working there, what with the jackets being shipped out and all. . .
Man that would frustrate me so much I'd blow my stack and have a stroke. I know what I would do....pen an email that would extract a pound of flesh...enough to give a $200 and two year wait worth of F-U. Even if only as catharsis. I'd be boiling if I were in that queue. I love GW jackets but man I'm not cut from that cloth. At a certain point, knowing a large part of his customer base is here, he could have easily addressed and alleviated fears. But totally ignoring your fan base... That's a recipe for absolute failure and at this point the window of opportunity for amends seems to be closing fast.I was told "I'll be faster in answering, as we have the ball rolling" in February, i have sent 4 emails since asking for an update all have been ignored... I have tried calling too, but the phone is not answered.
I'm not ok with it, but what can i do?
Agreed but if you have folks that want out...and you email someone else before addressing the existing customer who wants out to make a quick flip...not right and not defendable. At least in my opinion. Couple clicks here and there, time spent difference... is pretty damn small. In all fairness, these jackets that @jonesy86 keeps getting are not orders by him which are done faster on cost of others in the queue. These are jackets done for customers who didn't want them anylonger or whom they didn't fit as imagined. I don't think John spends his time randomly making jackets which he then sells to jonesy. Don't forget there are many people in his queue we don't know (about).
That two tone jacket looks awesome btw. This seal-russet combo works very nicely.
If you can bottle and sell that patience, my good man, you're a millionaire 200 million times over. I wish I had that. I really do. I'd certainly live longer!I really don’t even care anymore, the $200 spent 4.5 years ago is long forgotten. I’m not excited about being on the list or even the prospect of getting a GW jacket.
I don’t think about much ( except when I see another of Joneseys jackets )
I have more jackets than I can wear in my lifetime and two more on order.
I’m selling my beautiful and perfectly broken in Aero Highwayman for...... another Aero highwayman.
I’m not sure why I’m willing to give GW a pass on him owing me either a jacket or my $200, I certainly wouldn’t be so forgiving in other parts of my life. I imagine this and other forums plays a role in my attitude As I find it a little funny to be on his list and never getting a jacket.
