Last Autumn, I smashed up some of mine and my neighbours apples and juiced them in a small press, then fermented the juice in a demijohn. Then I made the sad mistake of adding a crustacean based clarifier/finings- as my neighbour is allergic to seafood I thought it only fair to pour it down the drain. I'm looking forward to making cloudy cider this coming Autumn we can both drink.

Plyder sounds as plausible as anything else.
Though I having been calling it my "backyard blend".
Now just waiting for it to get warm enough to properly enjoy it.

Mine clarifies fine by just letting it get cold before bottling.
Carboys go out to the garage when a cold spell (around freezing) is predicted.
