my theory:
a man kicked out by his wife of his house for buying too many jackets in the middle of a windy winter night in canada turned his brand new jacket like that overnight, then flip it for 100% profit the next day that he immediately used to buy 2 brand new jackets and the cycle continues.

You get that look if you wear your jacket almost every day and don't try to babysit it. If you have too many jackets you won't get that look with any of them because they don't get used.

The leather on my Jacket is pretty stiff. Not heavy, just stiff. The Heron sleeves are very tapered.

Looks like I need to work the biceps. Mine is just wearing it, no treatments. The finish wears quickly.

What's the significance of "Avro" here? I've seen it used before on A2s that repop the original Aero contracts but don't want to violate the Gakashiels company's RTM. Never seen it on a civvie style before, though?

Close fit + keep your arms closed all day long ;).

To me it's actually really astounding how some people's jackets still look like new and don't have these creases. Haha. I've had the BK Liberty and Shinki and, although being completely different beasts (Liberty-lightweight and stiff almost plasticky//Shinki-heavy but very soft), they both wore very quickly. But then, I wear my jackets hard and every day. I only have this one and it's been worn for almost every day and every occasion a jacket was needed. Whatever the weather.

In short, wear your jacket more and pay attention to the leather you're buying if you want these creases. (I actually can't think of a high-end leather discussed here, that doesn't do this when worn often and hard)

I don't even like sleeve creases but that is one nice jacket.

It's gotta be Shinki + artificial creasing which is what they actually do in Japan. I've had jackets that I had literally worn to death (ironically, that was back when I didn't really know a first thing about leather jackets and just had one that I loved wearing) and they never got creases like that.

Some leathers crease more, some less. It's that simple.
