Merry Christmas Eric. The dopplebock sounds like a delicious treat! The pickled herring...not so much. I'll be making an errand run including to the liquor store soon, before everything starts to close early.Beer breakfast - because. A malty dopplebock infused with flavors that give the scent of a toasted butterfinger. Light scent and not sweet - great breakfast beer. I left the beer outside on the deck for many hours to get icy cold - excellent.
Was out picking up the last Holiday provisions this morning. Home and having a pickled herring and onions on slices of homemade Swedish Rye (in pic) and a glass of beer. Love being in charge of my own time and having choice.
