Nice felt, light and no mothing. The binding is a little wide though. I love the band color. Brim is also large.

Needs to be steamed and reblocked.

If Matt see's this would he please repost his hat with the orangish band.

Disney is one of the array of brand names from the era it's actually Mr. Disney of New York and they had apparently been around since 1885.

That wide bound edge is usually what I am after when I have a hat made. The color combination works for me. Then again my style is a lot less sedate than some.

ah the details, Cords are for exteral spot lights, dogs, barking at the neighbor cat and the coolers being used to clean up the yard. My task during my vacation.

The wider brim binding was used by almost everyone at one time or another. It just sortof depended on what crowd the hatter was going after. Usually the wider binding was for younger clients that hadn't grown so conservative yet and didn't have any inhibitions about wearing them. Oh...the pimp crowd was big on them too.
