About time something was posted in this thread again. And it's a good one if I say so myself. Going to need six posts for this. As an introduction: Steve @mayserwegener posted a very similar catalog on the lounge before that is part of the collection of the Gotisches Haus, Bad Homburg, Germany. His post can be found here:
https://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/books-about-20th-century-mens-hats.107455/post-2913605
This one is the same but different. This was (re)issued for the introduction of the "Zenit" line of hats by GB Borsalino fu Lazzaro. We know the "zenit" desination was trademarked in 1910, so that dates this re-issue either 1910 or shortly after.
The Gotisches haus catalog has a few pages missing (page 4 and 14 of the hats). This one is complete and has more hats listed. Quite a few of the hats are re-numbered (and it looks like the old numbers were stamped over by hand). The last page of the photographic overview is different as well: the Bad Homburg catalog had a picture of the plant under construction. That picture is missing in this one.
I commented on Steve's posting that I could only dream of finding an object like this. Well, sometimes Ebay delivers and here we are.

Clearly a great find! We have the company presentation with attached hat catalog a few years before the First World War. We are at the beginning of the industrial and commercial adventure of G.B. Borsalino fu Lazzaro. The catalog is made up of a company monograph and the production catalog of hats in Italian, French, English, German and Spanish; therefore I believe it is a monograph and catalog for export.
Having said that, congratulations Stefan and thanks for your perseverance

"Headquarters: Alessandria
Dates of existence: 1906 - 1937

Headings:
Borsalino Giovanni Battista fu Lazzaro, Alessandria, 1906 - 1937

In 1906 the “Società in accomandita G.B. Borsalino fu Lazzaro e C. “ was founded by Giovanni Battista Borsalino, nephew of Lazzaro, who was the brother and partner of the founder of the Antica Casa. With a deed dated 1 March 1925, the limited partnership was transformed into an anonymous one and subsequently, after a long period of industrial crisis, on 23 May 1933, Giovanni Battista Borsalino transferred the industrial company it managed in Alessandria to the “Società Feltro. Fabbrica Italiana di Cappelli” established specifically to operate its factories. By extension, with a resolution of the board of directors dated 23 May 1933, the “Società Feltro. Fabbrica Italiana di Cappelli” resolved to purchase the plants, name and trademarks of the Società anonima G.B. Borsalino fu Lazzaro e C. for the sum of 4,500,000. On the same day, during an extraordinary meeting, after having ratified the agreements reached and already enshrined in the deed of concentration signed by Dr. Guasti on the same day, the Società Feltro resolved to change its company name to “GB. Borsalino fu Lazzaro &C. Fabbrica Italiana di Cappelli”. Finally, with a deed signed by Guasti on 19 June 1937, the “Società Anonima G.B. Borsalino fu Lazzaro & C. Fabbrica Italiana di Cappelli” sold the entire company to the “Società Anonima Antica Casa Borsalino Fabbrica di Cappelli in Alessandria founded in 1857”. The meeting of the concentrated company, on 30 June 1937, ratifying the actions of the Board, resolved to dissolve it without giving rise to liquidation, since the Company no longer had liabilities to settle and the assets were entirely liquid. With this resolution, the Società Anonima “G.B. Borsalino fu Lazzaro & C. Fabbrica Italiana di Cappelli” was extinguished.

Congrats on a truly fantastic find, Stefan.

You've got me dreaming of finding one now :)

Certainly some interesting creases
Thank you, gentlemen. Extremely satisfying to me to find these pieces and to share them with the friends here who appreciate them.
