I'm sure a user with no history posting to the classifieds isn't usually kosher, but some of you may know me as the guy who sold user Bretron his Mister Freedom Campus Jacket, which he posted about here at TFL, and I assume he would vouch for me if necessary. My search for the perfect leather jacket has continued and my first foray into the land of vintage jackets has gone ALMOST perfectly, but it's a little snug in the shoulders.
it's a 50's-60's era Sears Hercules jacket in a medium brown bovine hide. true vintage condition, missing waist adjuster, some wear to the waist of the lining, and plenty of patina, but the hide is super thick and well conditioned, it was already nice when I got it, but hit it with some lexol to make sure. The main zipper is a Conmar Conmatic and while it is missing the pull, still works perfectly. The chest is a matching Conmar and it is perfect. Not sure what else can be said about it, except that I would be stoked to keep this jacket if it was a little more relaxed in the shoulders. I'm essentially looking to recoup some of what I spent on it so I can continue the search.
$100 Shipped CONUS OBO, INTL shipping available for additional fee.
