Already soldDon’t. As is or fixed it’s not long for the 606. The doubt is there. Stain the fence in it or move it on.

The is awesome! Great news to kick start the weekend!Just had a wonderful call with Shawn, he will remake the jacket, in this same leather. I will not accept it for free. I will say I was wrong about the production/assembly line. They only use that model for orders of 2000 pieces or more. The biggest takeaway for me is that this is the best service I have ever recieved, from any maker, ever.
Seal is FAR better than russet. The russet is essentially chocolate milk. The pull-up Horsehide is actually a true russet brown.Awesome, thanks @MrProper !
Seal looks much nicer in your pictures than on the 5* website. Which is what I was hoping.
Gladly.Awesome, thanks @MrProper !

Do not take a standard size. It is best if you specify the dimensions that the jacket should have in the end. And pay attention to the collar size sleeves. Since 5* tends rather to large circumferenceSo my next question is how on earth the 5* sizing works.
I'm currently swooning over the 1930s half belt, which is (I think?) what @ton312 just had, and I'm losing confidence poring over the sizing charts.
I'm a 39 chest and it like a trim fit. What on earth do I want?
You can see the russet steer in shadow and natural light here, on page 1 and 2. https://www.vintageleatherjackets.org/threads/fivestar-poughkeepsie.27469/I'm certain this will have been asked before but my search-fu is weak today.
Has anyone got photos that clearly show the real life difference in appearance between the seal brown and russet brown steer?
Rn he russet is milk chocolate all the way. That looks much less red than I expected. Surprising!

Awesome for Shawn to make this right and do it so quickly. You really get the biggest bang for buck with Five Star. As long as you don’t go in expecting the highest quality materials ever and stitch per inch count. You can’t get anything better for the price and Shawn runs it the right way. Very good news. This looks much better. Shawn suggested horn buttons at the cuff. Perfect choice!
I’m speechless at how quickly Shawn was able to get this done. Absolutely impeccable customer service. The best I have ever received. Amazing!
