@Jasonissm yeah I'm pretty sure I posted this a while back also. Many of these Japan listings are so high and they sit forever, you see so many and they all start to blur together haha
This is a great find. I’ve never gotten a seller to respond to me on poshmark for some reason :/Pretty cool looking Schott horsehide with offer option

I had a poshmark account for some small sales. For some reason they don’t make it easy for sellers to notified of messages or offers. This is a great find. I’ve never gotten a seller to respond to me on poshmark for some reason :/
These are all made in Japan under license right? I've only ever seen these in Japan and had just assumed they were Vanson in name only.
Also posted this a while back. Better condition than the one posted before and around the same price. Same size I think.

I have no idea. Wouldn't be a bad thing though. These are all made in Japan under license right? I've only ever seen these in Japan and had just assumed they were Vanson in name only.
These odd connections...................... Are they connections at all??? The whips, the Mission buildings/scenes............ are they imitating each other or are these offshoot makers??? Or was it that ALL SF and California were known for at this time are Horse whips and the Missions??? Its intriguing.....
I want that collar. Good spot on this one. They all begin to look the same. this is the standard RP police cross zip, 1940s through the 50s.Unlabeled Ralphs Pugh. Says it's a size large. Pricey.

I live in the mid-west and can't quite figure the mid-west style. Maybe more conservative? more workman like?

I don't recall any major label marketing slogan referring to other parts of the country; mid-west, South, East.
Price is 1k asking. What is it worth? I'd give $200 for just that collar in excellent condition. This one looks to be Horsehide, also sold in Steerhide like below.Unlabeled Ralphs Pugh. Says it's a size large. Pricey.

Certainly Buco would be #1 mid-west, Monarch, Grais, Fried-Ostermann (Albert Richard), Harley, (various makers) Several makers in Minn. Wisconsin, Glover and King of Fur in Iowa.Would the Buco stuff be an indication? Detroit’s current police design is still the Buco police jacket type.
