You'll never be able to watch "My Three Sons" in the same way again.

Right. Someone slap me for forgetting that one!

jake_fink I recall you saying there was no one who does "fat and sweaty" like Edmond O'Brien. I chuckle every time I see him. lol

He invented fat and sweaty and turned demented fat and sweatiness into a form of art. I'm working on it myself now.

Oh yeah. *SLAP*

Thanks, I needed that. Btw, I want a restored version of D.O.A. released on dvd now!

Here you go.

That's as good as it will ever get, and now at a bargain price. Check other ROAN offerings, lots of interesting stuff all knocked down to practically nothing.

DOA from ROAN

Bogie

Everyone always forgets In a Lonely Place! I think this is one of bogie's best, especially since he also produced it under his new independent studio that he started. It really has some great film noir defining lines in it too.
Some of my favorites are:
Dixon Steele: There's no sacrifice too great for a chance at immortality.

Dixon Steele: I was born when she kissed me. I died when she left me. I lived a few weeks while she loved me.

Dixon Steele: It was his story against mine, but of course, I told my story better.
