I could picture your trollies going up the mountain to my mansion.
I imagine them as Interurban cars, whizzing along where the Interstates used to be.

That would work out great! Hopefully, at least an hour trip. How I wish, David, how I wish...
Also, sounds like a swell party, Stearmen! I guess I'm on the job to transport folks from the fly-in airstrip to the mountaintop mansion, right?

There's one of these a few blocks from me that seems to never move although it looks roadworthy and mobile. It could use a minor restoration, though.
A vintage Porsche 911 is definitely a fantasy of mine. But I'm partial to these as well....

My dream car, but I want one in red!
In the meantime, I do own another one of the cars I've always wanted.
The final body-style Mercury Colony Park, and a 1990, to boot. That makes it and me the same age
Make sure your garage is long enough. I remember several years ago, I was offered a 4 door version. I started measuring and measuring, then I got to the over head door, and kept on measuring and measuring! On the bright side, it's the only pink car I would be tempted to drive.
There are more red ones than were actually produced running around. The Wood Rose Iridescent is a rarer color.
That's my favorite color combo on the '55's!
Yeah, certainly better than green and white.
Hey now, my dad had a green and white '57, and I had a green and white '58.
On a '57, I've come to really like the rarely seen Crocus Yellow and Laurel Green.
