With more responsibility comes more headache, right? I can't help but think about it though, especially since I'm the "kid" of the office that runs after the big lawyers with a notepad. It would be fun to have someone run after me with a notepad, but I'd probably end up feeling so guilty that I'd type it out for them later.
You can get a extended flyswatter and hide it in the note pad and have some office fun....swatting your Boss when he ain't looking! (swoosh, splat) lol!

On that note I'm off to get something to eat. The place where I usually go has a $4.99 club sandwich special that comes with 4 sandwiches and a huge order of fries. Enough for two meals. And here's something to keep you occupied...

I'd be real careful about discount meals like that, ask yourself first, this good question: Why is there no stray dogs or cats around that place? Bingo! Yep. Hahahhahahah hahahaha lol!

At my old firm, I would have been destroyed lol

Actually, the man I work for part-time now is a very nice chap. He's every inch the old fashioned lawyer, with white hair and black suits, and he has a clear, unhurried speaking voice (which, if anyone here has ever taken dictation, you'll know is a godsend.) Plus, he's a civil/wills and estates lawyer, and they're usually much less intimidating to work for than criminal lawyers.

Well then that is rather rich! I seriously dislike some of the openly grumpier hat stand of a Boss that gives everyone a chip on the shoulder! It helps when you enjoy being able to scurry around at work and not have to feel like you are in the pot, over anything! That is why I treat my office gals like heaven! They work better for me.

It's so cheesy, and Zak's a bit of a jerk, but I still get a good kick out of it.

Here's a rundown of Ghost Adventures: "Did you hear that"? (commercial break) "The air feels hot in this spot, woah" (commercial break) "We have this blurry image on film of this movement of something in a dark hallway, but can't make it out". (roll credits)

I like mine well, well, well. I believe it comes from my mom always saying "Make sure it's cooked well! You don't wanna get sick!"

Burnt?!:eeek::faint:

That's awesome. I've been a Ghostbusters fan since I was knee high to a grasshopper.

I met and hung out with Ernie at a convention last year. He even did a short video interview for me.

I told them to just dig a big hole and bury myself in my wagon. That's how I wanna go! It's pretty much a hearse anyways, might as well load the casket up and drop the whole works in the ground.

I was thinking a hurst ( new one) with a casket converted to being a large "cooler" for holding ice would be a blast, soda pop, sandwiches, nice for a road trip!

Ha! That would be wild! I once tried to buy a Hearse, a 1959 Cadillac. It was pretty neat, but I was 17 and my mother said 'Not at this house!'

I have just deleted my Facebook account and am now ready to devote a much larger chunk of my Interweb usage to excessive posting here on the Lounge.
I have heard that facebook is a nightmare to "be rid of"? Hopefully they have fixed what ever the problem regarding deletion of an account! I never have had a facebook account, lucky me!

Many congratulations! :D I had FB for three weeks when I was 16 - I deleted it for the social drama it caused in such a short time, and never went back. Since then, I have preached to many the benefits of being rid of the evil account, and though they scoffed, the converted have never been able to thank me enough.

I've never been on Facebook but it sounds a lot like my old chat room. :(
