Whenever I hear 'Crazy' which was penned by Willie Nelson, I think of my mom. I can still picture being a little kid and hearing her sing that song while she was washing dishes. Does it to this day, I'm so glad some things don't change.
Yes it is a song for sure...I also like Willie when he sang with Julio "whats his name"...duet, "to all the girls I have loved before"...nice nice nice!

I like that song, too!

'A White Sport Coat and a Pink Carnation', 'El Paso', 'El Paso City', and 'My Woman, My Woman, My Wife' come to mind.

Marty Robbins! Zooom.....

My dad is like me and has a large roster of songs he sings, this is one of the more frequent ones, this and Eddy's 'Make the World Go Away'

Eddy Arnold, "what's he doing in my world".....

I do that too! The husband hates it, because of bad memory association, but I love belting out that song even though I can't sing :p

Don't feel bad. Pa can't sing or EVER get the words right. He was singing 'Somebody's Needin' Somebody' by Conway Twitty only it was 'Somebody's Needin' My Body' lol

Another tune from my childhood. I always liked 'Kansas City Star' that line "I got a big ol' Cadillac with Wire Wheels, got Rhinestones on the spokes. God credit down at the grocery store and my Barber tells me jokes" I always liked that!

My lungs still carry a fairly good tune, perhaps I sound very close to Bill Medley, I have a really deep voice, and yeah, I can actually sing.

::NERD ALERT::

I have that Ghostbusters cartoon series on dvd. Unfortunately, my firehouse, car, action figures, and ghost trap have all but disappeared since I was a wee one. Those original movie die cast cars that can fit the figures in them go on Ebay now for like 400$. Woah is me.

Whew! Finally! I was having internet troubles earlier and could not post for a while.

I remember watching the cartoons when I was a kid. A few years ago when I was watching Jeopardy, there was a "question" where the "answer" happened to be "Who is Slimer". I was screaming at the TV (like that ever makes a difference), "ITS SLIMER!!", because none of the contestants on the show knew the answer. lol

WOW! 400 dollars?! :eeek:

I once had (or still have somewhere) a pencil that had Slimer on the top of it. He was a attached to a building so it appeared that he was "flying" around the building whenever you wrote.
