I also like the look of the Wolverine Blvd series pull on boots. A nice price point. I have a pair of 1000 mile wolverines that i’ve been very satisfied with.

Have a question for anyone who has made a pair of shoes or boots here, what’s the average number of hours taken to build a pair of boots? Using machines (wherever possible, but hand welt).

Ummm not to piss in your cheerios, but since i really liked the way your boots turned out I built a pair on the Wesco bootbuilder. They came out to $700 and change. What am i missing?

An offer. The price is meant as a deterrent to low ballers on purpose as I don’t expect anybody to pay that price unless they want to lol. The listing accepts offers automatically.

I’ll take offers on it. And I’m open to offering free shipping as long as I’m messaged first.

Those Makers look great . What are them differences with the attractions boots?

Is the leather in the lofgrens as thick as the horsebutt boots?

Different last. Attractions look a bit pointier with a slant shaft and higher heels. Attractions Last 444 also has a distinctly angular slope on the toe.
I have a pair of early Lot 268 I bought in 2015 and have tried on a pair of Makers back then. Both use very stiff rigid horsebutt leather. They are not particularly thick or heavy just stiff. Require a bit of effort to break in especially on straightening the shaft from the riding position that they are designed for. I had to wear them on the plane back from Tokyo cos I did not have enough luggage space and had to change back to my sneakers so I could drive home from the airport carpark.
Later versions of Attractions seem to use softer leather.
I also have a pair of test sample lot 444 and they are very soft and comfortable from the get go. I have not seen any Makers recently so I don't know whether Makers have also changed.

You’re spoiled for choice! Those brown/olive Clinch grab my eye.

They’re currently my first choice too. My only reservations are that I would prefer a true brown (although I’m told these will go browner) and vegetable tanned leather (these are cxl). Also, they currently have a dress boot heel although at the first resole I could replace this with a woodsman
