relations/damage control than a carefully thought out
policy. But at least they acknowledge there's a problem.

Oh believe me, I have done worse than what I did to this guy before. If I don't get what I pay for then I can get pretty :rage: . I can say, however that I have met up with very few idiots on eBay. This guy was the just the biggest.
