I bought this on Ebay this morning, it was newly listed with a BIN of $21.99

The hat is too small for me, about a 6 1/2, and I can't have it stretched to fit my 7 3/4 melon without ruining it. I took it to a hatter who said it was a European model of Borsalino. I have decided to list it later this week in the classifieds, I'll let someone who can wear it enjoy the hat.
I snagged the hankachif to examine the felt.
One of you pay the Big Bucks for this one? I must say, the seller does a great job with the layout!

To me it is beyond what any hat is worth.
Finally, a little normalcy in the form of this 30's Clyde Mack Co fedora:

This is what prices used to be like for this kinda stuff in 6 7/8. Curious who Clyde Mack Co contracted with to make their hats. Hopefully, it'll be some of that good old Danbury stuff
