I appreciate all the good feedback on my caps and I hope others here on the lounge will give it a chance. I will tell everyone here that if you are not happy with your cap I will accept returns, just please cover the shipping charge.

Here is a pic that Marc Chavalier posted on my FB page of resortes805 and I really like it and wanted to share it with all of you:

Seeing Rabbit's cap has made me feel jealous. I have a grey cap in that fabric but think the pebble coloured tweed looks even better.

If they are dried out, or become wet then dry unrestricted they will shrink some. More conditions than time factor.

Cap Stretching

Most of you seen this nice vintage 1920s Progressive Cap I got off ebay awhile back. Wonderful cap, the bad thing was that it was a tiny size 6 3/4; Let me highlight that again, WAS a 6 3/4. I just successfully stretched it up 5 sizes to a 7 3/8 without breaking the seams or the original leather sweatband. I can finally wear it!

How did you do that? Did you make it wet or something?

It looks too small for you IMO. Five sizes seems to be a bit much without looking strange afterwards.
