Although I was born in Glendale, and lived the first 3 years in Azusa (and mercifully do not remember it), I grew up in Placerville, moved to San Francisco in '79 and stayed there until moving to Oakland in '94! I love me some Oakland.

I'm way too familiar with both "Garbage Grove" and Valencia . . . the doorway to Vasquez Rocks and home to Tragic Mountain. lol
