I found this in a second hand store yesterday. Admittedly, I had to pay a tad over the $100 limit for it so I guess that disqualifies it from this list. And unfortunately it's not even the right size for me- just a bit too tight. But it was still a bargain and I couldn't pass it up for the price. It's the first Buco I've ever found. Dang it- just wish it fit!

Holy crap, man! Considering how much you can make on this, you just may have won the thread. Forever. Sell it and buy 11 jackets that fit. Congrats, man! Seriously.
Whenever I go to a second hand store, I'm always daydreaming about finding a Buco hanging among the crummy, $15 fake leather jackets. I guess it can happen...

Yep. It was hotter than blazes outside. I didn't really feel like checking out the store, much less the leather jacket section. But a parking spot opened up. And after making my way through the racks... there it was, sandwiched between a bunch of other cheap Wilson jackets. The last thing I ever expected to see...it totally floored me. My lucky day! I just wished it fit.

It was meant to be. Really, congratulations again! Just reading about this made my day. :D

And lol same story here, a continent away - just a bunch of cheap Wilson jackets. Sadly, no Buco's sandwiched between. A $100 is still a relatively considerable amount for a second hand store - especially for a jacket that's quite worn out and those guys usually price their merchandise by condition. Did they know it's a sought after brand/design?

Is it too large? Small? I'd love to see a photo of the back. :)

It's just a bit too small. I'm a size 42/44. Arms are long enough, tight in the chest and shoulders, but wearable. It's labeled size 38, but fits more like a size 40.
The secondhand store clearly didn't know what they had...and I sure wasn't going to be the one to tell them...;)
Here's a couple more pics. If I could afford it- I'd have it framed and display it on my wall like Japanese Samurai armor.

Thank you for the photos! I KNEW it's the one with a yoke and a prolonged kidney panel - my favourite version! It's really perfect. Mysteryo, you seeing this? :D

Shame it doesn't fit but oh well, this jacket can cover for any brand new Aero or DD or LL or a couple of Vansons so it's a win - win situation any way you look at it. Off to Japan it goes. XD

wow what transformation nature has done to the hide, beautiful object, even if it doesn't fit, you should build a bust mannequin on motorized pole that turn slowly throughout the day and put the jacket on it!:)

I have one of those Gap Red leather Cafe-style jackets with the white stripe that they sold for a while, got it at a thrift shop for $40 and it's like new. Definitely one of my favorite styles. Fits me perfectly in a medium, with me usually needing a large. The line ran big, I guess. The sleeves are a tad long, reaching just past the base of my thumb.
