Anyone know of a free photo site that FL accepts?

It has a very simple interface - which is a good thing as far as I am concerned - while retaining pretty much all the features I actually did use on Photobucket. Like folders and privacy settings. Very reliable (so far), doesn't resize images on its own, it's fast and it works on FL. You don't even have to create an account to upload images. So far I'm very happy with it.

I just directly upload to the lounge. I don't know why this isn't more obvious to users. Third party image hosts are always a pain.

If you use your phone/tablet I recommend to access the lounge through this app called Tapatalk. Loading a photo is as easy as sending it with WhatsApp, I.e direct upload from your photo gallery.

I've kicked the bucket, now using TFL file upload, which works well for me as I've recently found the picture resizer on my laptop.

PLEASE just upload photos here. The instructions are so simple.
There is also nothing at all that we do, or don't do, at our end to make image hosting sites "acceptable." We do what we're supposed to do, those sites screw with your stuff and their terms regularly.
How to:
Find the picture file on your computer. You may have to resize it to get it under a MB or so first. Open in in whatever image browser you use (I just do it in Preview on my Mac), and choose whatever option from the file menu to accomplish this. For me, it's "export". I just change the image quality unit it's a decent, but not ridiculous size.
Then:
Click it with your mouse, hold the mouse button down, and drag the photo into the text box right here on your screen. Chose "Full size" and you're done. If this is hard, a toaster is going to present impossible challenges.
I expect all photo hosting sites to start demanding payment, and it will break the snot out of image links here. We pay a lot of money for plenty of space for you to keep your pictures here, safe, and unbroken for as long as we're alive.

Yes, very forward thinking of the forum to do this and to host its own images.
Using whichever free service is poular this year is fine, but if/when they fail to make any money and fold all you end up with is threads full of non working images such as we have on here now re Photobucket.

Only reason why I'm not uploading here is 'cause I know many forums prefer third party hosting to cut down on server space and thus costs.

I upload to imgur because I post images in other places as well so I already have them there. It's also nice to be able to go through my own images there in album form and find old albums quickly.
