Aero Premier Highwayman midnight blue CXL

Ton, we're about the same size. Your jacket measures 19.5 across the shoulders. what is the P2P measurement? I notice on Thurston Bros, the P2P on a stock Premier Highwayman is 24. Does that check with yours or did you modify it? Im thinking on a design that is similar and will use the Premier HM as the base but not sure about the P2P. I might want 20 inch shoulder and 24.5-25 in P2P. How does the jacket feel zipped up? I like trim jackets but not overly tight.

How do you like the hookless? To your knowledge, does Aero offer larger gage hookless zips? Many Thanks!
I didn’t spec anything beyond the sleeve and body length. I suspect Aero has made enough jackets for me to know what will work, not sure if that factored into the build though. You may want to go up to a 46”? It’s a trim jacket but I only notice it in the sleeves. Plenty of room in the gut. More than enough and I tapered the waist by 1”.
The hookless took some getting used to. It’s a good zip. Never hard to zip but sticky on the way down. The waistband on the HWM exacerbates that difficulty, as does the stiff nature of CXL. This is a robust hide. Getting much easier though. I have exercised it quite a bit. Gently. I believe they only offer the hookless in this size.

Some comparison shots with my 50’s HB. Note the sleeve creases in the HWM extend all the way to the shoulder. Also, despite literally measuring exactly the same length (actually the HWM is longer in front) the fit appears slightly shorter on the HWM. 50’s HB is a 40”, primo HWM a 44”

What a gorgeous object. I've got a premium halfbelt in navy Vicenza on the way, with nickel hardware - I've been second-guessing myself about the whole idea, but your photos have really set my mind at ease this morning. (Not that it'll be the same thing, I realize. This legendary midnight blue was really tempting, but a midweight leather makes more sense for my climate.)

You won’t be disappointed. The HWM is a superb piece of gear! Post some photos when you have it!

Actually the liner is different too. So maybe just the d picket is free but I have to buy the rest of the jacket. Well throat latch addition charge waived too.

It may be a younger sibling, but it sure ain’t the twin. I have not sold it and never will. In fact, I have been wearing it all day, and with autumn having arrived, I do see a lot of wear time ahead. In fact, I love it to pieces (and with already a broken zipper-pull quite literally too...).

As for the “Aero-Ton-Range”: where can I sign up...?

Great looking jacket! Can't believe you are only 5 11 and handles those 26.5 sleeve lengths so well. I am 5 10 and ordering a 25.25 inches sleeve lengths from aero. I am 210 pounds too. I am probably gonna order a size 46 premier highwayman.

I had the best f intentions to do an IG worthy photo shoot with this jacket but laziness has once again prevailed. Must be the heat. Here’s the full Monty. Color is more like the earlier pic but here is how the premier fit in a 44” fits me. Somewhat reminds me of an LL dominator. I couldn’t be happier with how this puppy shook out. My all time fav Aero to date. Has a slight moto vibe but still very much just a casual jacket.
