Actually, I thought that they were reading glasses, must get along for an eye test when the opticians reopens.
Have you heard of the Dutch Jazz singer, Caro Emerald, I've seen her at two concerts, she's very talented, and although nowhere like the hat above, she still looks fabulous in a big(ish) hat.
