    I never really set out to have era hobbies, guess some things are just always good. Coin collecting Amateur Radio. And use mainly a straight key and CW. Gardening Hiking and camping Shooting.

    I do a lot of camping with the Boy Scouts. Usually average 30 or more nights a year. 90% is in a hammock the rest in a tent. I love my hammock. Stays drier than a tent, much more comfortable and Ive been cozy warm down to 15 degrees. I’m willing to go colder, but weather hasn’t cooperated...

    The seller on ours threw in a home warranty. In 2 years we have gotten a new hot water heater, sewage ejector and ac unit on this warranty. I doubt the company will want us to renew....

    Yeah...chopped steak is all over the south. I ordered it a few months ago at a steakhouse in charleston WV. One I find delicious is osso Buko. I had an old Italian friend tell me it used to be poor peoples food. It was the throw away. Now it is expensive but VERY good.

    Post cards

    I got married in 98. Though not that long ago, on the honeymoon my wife and I wrote postcards to out parents. They are still hanging on my parents refrigerator today. Along with the postcard I sent my grandparents in 1981 when I was 7, from Disney world. Can't hang a text message.

    Now that I have read more let me elaborate. I served in the Army. You learn quick in basic training, it doesn't matter what color you, or your battle buddy is. If he screws up..you get smoked...same if you screw up. I was a redneck from MS and my battle buddy( bunk mate) was a black rapper...
