    how do I distress suede?

    I'm no expert but any conditioner rubbed in hard will turn it to that rough out leather suede becomes after years of use. I recommend not messing with suede this way cause it seems far more unpredictable than say your standard black chrome tan leather.

    It's a Columbia but it's got shoulder pads and the watch & chest pocket. It's not quite a padded pocket Columbia cause I dropped the elbow pads and arm pockets.

    I like them. Lewis kinda over does it with two on each side but it still looks good. They tend to look better on CR, civilian and Highway man type jackets. Asymmetrical MC jackets look real good with lacing on the sides.

    Thanks. I'm gonna take it to my local leather shop once I get the part. It's just one side of the front zipper and is honestly an easy fix. I would do it myself if my sewing machine could handle leather.
