Being Our Vintage Best: How Ordinary Folks Can Inspire Us

Well, let's go for it, then. I was thinking about a place where people could spend the night, too.

Being Our Vintage Best: How Ordinary Folks Can Inspire Us

Yep. When I was a kid, I lived on the top of the hill above the Houdini ruins. (The house had burned down in '58 and wasn't well-cleared. I'd hike down to it and explore among the charred wood beams and weed-covered stone walls.)

Being Our Vintage Best: How Ordinary Folks Can Inspire Us

. A West Coast possibility, courtesy of Rue: the Fedora Lounge could rent out the Harry Houdini estate in Los Angeles for a weekend. http://www.thehoudiniestate.com/ EDIT: Never mind. It says "long-term rentals only".

PayPal Tells Buyer To Destroy Purchased Violin Instead Of Return For Refund

I see your point, but FWIW it's not a great analogy. Most eBay buyers of vintage suits don't care a whit about labels: it's the look and size of the suit that counts, regardless of its maker or quality. One rare exception is the 'Palm Beach Cloth' label, which does add to the price of the...
