I wouldn't call it a "USN" style jacket. It's more of a low budget version of this jacket:

Oddly, some of the 1930's chinstrap chore jackets depicted in the drawings have a larger collar than in reality. I noticed this in the 30's 40's issue of Free & Easy.

The ATF boots are all an E width, so you may want to size down 1/2 size. I wear a 12 and I bought a 12. They fit a little loose, but I overcame this with an insole. Hope this helps.
