Of course! However, shorter nails are back in style, so hurting what's natural is not particularly necessary these days. lol Not that we're all striving to be modern around here!
I disagree. I never, ever like them. I think they look trashy, but recognize them as a necessary evil for some women. [huh] Course, that's just one person's opinion.
Sounds great, and cheap! Where is it in Brooklyn and what's it called? I am not plus sized but might check it out anyway, if you think there might be anything at all I could wear.
Wait, no it's not:
"the owners plan to shutter the Italian-themed Rainbow Grill restaurant temporarily while keeping the establishment's bar, banquet space and dinner-dancing going on the 65th floor of the RCA building."
I am wearing a 40s navy dress tonight and have a few green bakelite/old plastic pieces I am planning to wear, including a brooch. I had it on the upper left part of the dress, but then moved it to the waist where there are some gathers. I like it better at the waist, but my boyfriend prefers...
I am completely in love with the dress I wore to a friend's wedding on NYE (me in the middle). Seems to be a 50's-era handmade dress, and just check out that fanned-out pleating detail on the side. Unfortunately the zipper broke as I was zipping it to pack the next morning.
Ah I see! That makes sense. So far I've had no problems and I hate regular undies so until I start having problems I'm not gonna change! :D
