A kind Lounger has informed me that, about 15 years ago, Kenneth Cole made a shoe that's similar to the Crockett & Jones Polo one. Now I've got to find a 9D pair in brown. eBay?

In my 25 years of vintage-ing on the West Coast, I have never come across any vintage (pre-1970s) suit or sportcoat in a size 60, with 56" pants. Unfortunately.
A great example of what a talented costumer can do on a smallish budget. Many of the costumes aren't especially authentic-looking, but you'd never guess it -- because the costumer, cameramen and editors, like magicians, knew how to keep you from picking up inaccuracies and inconsistencies...
