I don't think it's dead. But it's dying. At our school we have a special section for the teenage mothers. One day when they were all leaving, and I was waiting in the vestibule for someone, I opened the door for almost everyone of them, as it's quite clear it's a bit difficult to roll a stroller...
Handshake. Handshake, handshake. My dad always tried to "fist-bump" me when I was little. I would get so mad because it wasn't the "proper" way to do things. I'll do it now not to be rude, but I still think it to be rather impolite. Forgive me for being a prude. :p

Here's a beautiful 7 piece set for almost five thousand. Considering how beautiful it is and everything it has, I'd say it's a deal!
Though, not everyone has an extra five thousand lying around. I sure don't!
