    I try to cook with cast iron as often as possible. Not only do cast iron skillets work great, but they add iron to your food! Very important to me, since I'm a vegetarian.

    I'm sorry for your loss. Dogs are truly amazing, loyal companions. I've lost two dogs in the last two years...the older dog, Blanco, died in my arms after living for five years longer than expected. Ginger was getting old, but was attacked by my two younger dogs.
