Alan,
Your inbox has been full for some time, drop me a line when you have a few moments please.
Steve
PS: To everyone else; yes I know Alan is often away on business etc ;)
I used to have the advantage of living just a very few miles down the road but wouldn't pay for the VIP etc enclosure either ...but rarely turned down an invite :)
The Theatre Royal is my local and it too has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment / restoration.
The building dates from 1819, is Grade 1 listed and they believe is the sole surviving Regency playhouse in England.
We both really enjoy this venue as do our children, taking them...
Yes we have had a G4 for some years. My wife cannot carry it upstairs so it is confined to the ground floor. The machine has been very reliable, very repairable and nicely efficient. I would not pay full retail for one.
Items examined, authenticated and then offered for sale by sale by reputable auction hoses are one thing. However I am not sure how Ebay could be held responsible for items that they themselves have not been physically able to examine and authenticate (or otherwise).
Caveat emptor.
Useless fact No23:
I met John Gielgud back in 1981 - Ralph Richardson around the same time too.
Now that news could kill this thread
...I seem to have the knack:rolleyes: lol
Once was mildly amusing but to have very much the same thing week after week quickly became tedious. Both my wife and I got fed up with the whole show after a while.
