Today on TCM they were playing Thin Man movies all day long. I've never seen any of them! OK, don't all throw pillows at me at once! Well, I watched the second one and it was a great movie. Anyway...I am now officially in love with William Powell. (Don't tell my husband).
I was swooning over...
I have one of the most demanding bosses. I don't get paid. No vacation. He doesn't offer medical or dental. And he pukes on me sometimes.
I'm a full time mom!
thanks leading edge! i'm a perfectionist at heart so I was really particular about setting it up. I've only set it up twice so far so I'm sure every time that I set it up, it will get better.
I'm going to a living history this coming weekend. I'll take some closeup pictures.
We had our first baby in May. We have 2 dogs at home. Our dogs were our kids. Now, they are less "kids" and more "dogs". But, we still play with them, and pet them every day. They get a decent amount of my attention.
They are FANTASTIC with our son. Very protective of him and they love to kiss...
Matt, you are muy cuto!
You look like someone famous but I can't think of who. I'm not up with the current celeb-gossip.
I wanna be in the Gaige fanclub too! I just admire from afar...I'm supposed to be happily married over here too.
oh my turn...here is my husband and son at a WW2 living history airshow
here is a family pic of all of us. My son's nickname is "Tuffy" because he always looks like he's ready to fight.
oharias: Nova is beautiful! He looks like you. I can see it in his eyes.
I love the cowboy theme. My son is only 3 months old and I'm already thinking about his bday party! That's sad!
I've been WW2 reenacting for 7 years now. I'm not an expert but I know some stuff. I think the easiest and quickest way to a civilian look is a day dress, white cotton ankle socks and some oxford shoes. throw on a snood and you're ready to walk out the door.
Remember: it was almost impossible...
