    It's lost on me Mr. Wagner but master distillers like Booker Noe and Elmer T Lee were insistant that adding a drop of water was the thing to do. I personally could not bring myself to question the whiskey wisdom of the likes of those folk.

    This will get a rise out of Mr. Rumblefish....Old Crow Reserve with just a bit of ice. 86 octane. This is about the best stuff going in North Carolina for $10 bucks. No other bourbon on my shelves costs less than twice the price of this OC Reserve. Buy some while it's going for a $ sawbuck.

    Interesting, I've never thought about the idea of NC being Mid-Atlantic. Some of the maps on Google give NY to Maryland as Mid-Atlantic. That said, the barrister has said we're Mid-Atlantic so I'm signing in from Mooresville, NC (Actually today at Kiawah Island where it's 31 degrees!)
