Looks a lot like my mid 50s Stetson Custom V. Same ribbon treatment and thin brim binding. Mine has "Custom V" (with large V printed on top of the word Custom) on the front portion of the sweatband. I think the Custom V model had a factory crease. -

I haven't put my name or initials on any of my hats. But, PLEASE don't put your name on the liner of a nice vintage hat with a Sharpie or with indelible ink ball point pen. :nono: shakeshead
