Vintage Looking Oxford Shoes - Chadwicks

I think they run true to size. I usually wear a 6, but occasionally take a 5 1/2 or 6 1/2. But I checked and all my Naturalizers are size 6. :)

Vintage Looking Oxford Shoes - Chadwicks

I thought they were pretty cushiony and the soles are rubber and flexible. I had them on for several hours and the only part that was getting a little bothersome was the strap- I have a high instep, but I imagine that will stretch out.

    hair extensions

I took the cosmetology courses in high school and I remember that it's normal to lose up to 100 strands a day. It's more noticable on longer hair of course. You may be losing a bit more than usual due to the wedding stress, but I wouldn't start worrying yet! Some of the hair stylists may know...

    The Art of Shaving

My grandmother used to light newspapers on fire and run it along her leg to burn the hair off! I know they were pretty poor, 12 kids, so I guess she couldn't afford razors- not sure why? But my Mom remembers her doing it when she was little.

    Let's See Those Novelty Prints

I have shopped at both, and the quilt stores here in Dallas carry very high quality fabrics compared to Hancocks, joAnn, and wal-mart. Of course when making a quilt I want it to last hopefully beyond my lifetime, so I spend a little more but it's worth it. Here's a catalog I order from and they...

    Hotsticks styling question

Thermal Setting Spray I use Matrix Biolage Thermal-Active Setting Spray. It works great on my fine, straight hair. The curls stay in a lot longer than when I don't use it. They have it at Ulta http://www.matrix.com/products/biolage/styling.aspx

    retro make-up tips and tricks

Max Factor Here's some info... "Max factor, the cosmetics brand that once glowed from the cheeks of cinema starlets from Rita Hayworth to Marilyn Monroe, has been reduced to little more than a house brand for the decidedly unglamorous Wal-Mart. The 97-year-old brand-with $400 million in...
