My ten-year-old regularly wears his "Disney-puchased" wool Indy. His looks better than mine, and even fits me better than mine. His has the leather sweat, raw edge and c-crown. -

I do think the consensus around these parts will be just as you said, buy it from Panama Bob and have it blocked by Art. That was too rich for my blood, and I'm thrilled with my PB blocked in Ecuador. Of course if I had my druthers, though, like everyone else....... -

Quick Stetson size tag question
If you look at the hats available on eBay as "vintage" and go through them, you'll soon come to the conclusion that the last two generations were mostly small-headed people. The dearth of large sizes supports the fact that these are most likely 6 3/4. -
What are you watching?
In our rotation, when we're actually home.....USA Network--House, Monk, Law and Order: CI, Law and Order: SVU and Psych are our "together" watches. With Mrs RedPop4, it's anything, or almost anything on Encore Love channel, or some HBO movies..... Without MrsRedPop4 it's whatever is on Fox...- RedPop4

Photos of the inside of the hat, the label, the sweat, would allow the detectives to work their magic. Look under the sweat, as well, and see if there's a little card in there with the model number, size and such. That's a lovely hat, by the way. -

I've always liked Archie Manning, but BOY, he really pulled a rock when he advised Eli to go to New Yawk. Should have stuck with the Chargers, although Tiki Barber has been good, imagine how much better Eli would be with the Chargers and L. T. taking the pressure off of him.- RedPop4

Like most residents, I don't get to these places because they're off MY beaten path. I've been in Meyer a few times, but since it's down in the Central Business District, I'm usually too busy, I don't get down there. Removing corrosion from vintage S & P shaker tops?
What about boiling them in vinegar? I saw The Furniture Guys use that tactic once on something metal. It might not be good for aluminum, though. I don't remember. Haven't seen them in ten years.- RedPop4
