    Cute Vintage-y Shoes

Has anyone bought any Crown Vintage shoes? I bought some on clearance at DSW and I was looking online for a photo to show them off. Anyway, no website, no other mentions on other shoe sites. Kinda weird. Then I found a blog someone said they are made by Jeffery Campbell? Anyway, just wondered...

I've put all my 30s scans on my flickr page so it will be easy to find everything. Although, apparently there is a 200 limit, and I'm at 193 so maybe it wasn't such a great idea. But anyway, here is the link http://www.flickr.com/photos/texasgirl_333/sets/

Blow dryer to create flipped up ends

I'd go get your hair cut to do that- they can cut it so it flips up. You'll still have to use a round brush, but it will make it a lot easier.

Best HOT CURLERS/ROLLERS out on the market

What kind of hot rollers did you get? I think the ones I have that are 20+ yrs old get a lot hotter than the newer ones, especially the felt covered ones. Hot sticks get really hot too, actually too hot for my wimpy fingers. I couldn't get them in. Also, you might try a thermal setting...

    Cute Vintage-y Shoes

I have a rack that holds 24 and it is full. Then I have a bunch more just in the closet- at least 20-25; then I have my good ones in boxes, another 15 or so. So no, I do not think that's a lot. This dress is like a swirl in that it wraps around the back and ties at the waist. On the upper back part of my left shoulder, there is a...
