Nice hat there! I'd agree, perhaps mid-late 50's or even early 60's, based on what I've learned in the Stetson liner and size tag dating threads, though I'm sure someone who knows quite a bit more can nail it down a tad better.
I have some input here... the Fed IV is more screen accurate if you're looking for a Raiders hat. The dimensions are almost spot on and the color is the best I've seen. Here's a couple pics:

My son and I found a Verizon phone last weekend in the park where he was having a cub scout event, so we gave it to the Scoutmaster hoping he could find the owner. It wasn't someone there for the event, but I didn't even think about taking it to the store.
